Sachin Khiroya
He Didn’t Just Get Faster. He Proved to Himself What Was Possible.
From 1:58:04 to 1:38:45. A HYROX personal best built through patience, consistency and smarter training.
The Starting Point
Sachin came to Wilder wanting to improve his HYROX performance. He had already completed a race, but knew there was more he could achieve with the right support and structure.
His First HYROX Time
Sachin’s first HYROX time was 1:58:04. But the journey towards his next race wasn’t straightforward.
Progress Isn’t Always a Straight Line

Along the way, Sachin had to manage an Achilles injury. Rather than simply pushing harder, his training needed to adapt.
That meant finding ways to continue building fitness while respecting the injury, maintaining consistency and keeping his longer-term goal in sight. It wasn’t just about completing more sessions. It was about making the sessions count.
The Work Started Paying Off
Through structured preparation, regular coaching support and a willingness to keep showing up, Sachin began to see what he was capable of.
A 20-Minute Improvement

When he returned to race, he finished in 1:38:45.
That’s an improvement of 19 minutes and 19 seconds. But the result meant more than the time on the clock.

As Sachin Put It
“My time!! 20-minute PB!! Yup, 8 weeks later... he smashed it. But this wasn’t just about numbers. It was about proving he could.”
More Than a Personal Best

Sachin’s experience is a reminder that improvement isn’t always about training harder. Sometimes it’s about adapting, being patient and trusting the process when things don’t go exactly to plan.
His progress was built on recovery, mindset, consistency and enjoying the training along the way.
From 1:58:04 to 1:38:45. One very well-earned personal best.
