Not exactly the conventional route into coaching.

Rock Bands, Restaurant Kitchens, Four Kids and a Fitness Business.

Before Wilder, there were a few other chapters. Music, restaurant kitchens, motherhood, moving countries and eventually finding my place in fitness. Somewhere along the way, I discovered that one of the things I loved most wasn't simply coaching people. It was bringing them together.

Before the barbells, there were guitars.

I spent years as a musician, including performing live in Germany for a crowd of around 2,000 people. Music taught me about energy, connection and bringing people together.

Life in the kitchen.

I also worked as a chef. Restaurant kitchens taught me focus, preparation and how to keep going when the pressure is on.

Finding fitness.

I became a personal trainer at David Lloyd, taught Les Mills BODYPUMP, RPM and THE TRIP, and trained as an ICG indoor cycling instructor. Fitness became the place where my different experiences started to connect.

During COVID, Michele and I taught two 30-minute online fitness classes every day, five days a week. They began as free sessions and later continued for a small contribution.

The person behind the coach.

I’m a wife, a mother of four and someone who has lived in different countries and had several careers. Those experiences shape how I coach and how I see the person behind the athlete.
